By using Ve RI Fytest's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We're a Dallas roofing contractor, and these terms apply to all work we do in Texas.
Our Roofing Services
We provide residential and commercial roofing services including roof replacement, storm damage repair, ice dam removal, and emergency roofing. Every job starts with a detailed inspection and written estimate. We don't start work until you approve the scope and price in writing.
Estimates and Pricing
Your estimate is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it. Prices may change if you add work like removing steam ice or changing materials. We'll always get your approval before any price adjustment. Our estimates include all labor, materials, and permits for Dallas jobs.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every job comes with a workmanship warranty covering leaks and installation defects. Manufacturer warranties on shingles and materials pass directly to you. Payment Terms
We require a deposit before starting any project. Final payment is due upon completion and your walk-through approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects like roof replacement, we offer financing options through approved lenders.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel within three business days of signing your contract, per Texas law. After that, cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed. If we've ordered custom materials like architect design shingles, you may be responsible for those costs.
Liability Limitations
Ve RI Fytest carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the contract amount for your project. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during work, or delays from weather or supplier issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be handled in Dallas County courts. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction. We're proud to serve Dallas as your trusted roofing contractor.
